New theme setup: see how a theme fits your plan
Creating or editing a theme now shows how many mentions each part of the query brings and how full your plan gets, with one-click ways to make it fit.
The New theme and Edit theme pages are rebuilt around three questions: what the query finds, how much of your plan it uses, and who can see the theme.
- Volume per part. Each part of the search query shows roughly how many mentions a month it brings, based on the last 30 days, next to a live preview of results.
- How full your plan gets. A gauge shows whether your themes last the whole month or run out before it ends. Make it fit suggests fixes you apply in one click, such as Don’t count reposts or dropping the biggest part of the query.
- Who can see it. Admins see every theme and choose which managers and guests can view or edit it.
- Safer editing. See how many changes are unsaved, switch between Current theme and After your changes, check What changes when you save, and pause or delete the theme on the same page.
