Alerts: a daily summary, spike warnings and clearer Telegram messages
Each theme can now send a morning summary of yesterday and warn you when mentions or negative posts suddenly jump, by email or Telegram.
Set up alerts in the Alerts block when you create or edit a theme, and send them by email, Telegram or both.
- Daily summary at 09:00 your time: one message about yesterday with the number of mentions, the change on the day before, positive and negative counts, and up to three negative mentions worth a look.
- Tell me about spikes: Scano checks every 30 minutes and writes when mentions, or negative mentions, jump well above their usual level. You get no more than one spike alert every 6 hours.
Alerts about new materials also improved:
- A Telegram alert now quotes the passage where your keyword appears, with the keyword in bold, instead of the first lines of the text.
- Most alerts now go out as soon as a material reaches your theme, without waiting for the rest of its analysis.
