New design: turn it on for your team or try it for a day

The new design is saved to your account and applies on every device, and you can switch back at any time in Settings → Appearance. Moving to it is now easier, for a whole team or one person at a time.

• For the whole team. In Settings → Appearance, organization admins now have a Turn on the new design for the whole team button. Once confirmed, the new design is switched on for every active member of the organization, the admin included. Anyone can switch back on their own, and people who switched back after a team switch stay on the classic design when the team is switched again. A line such as “3 of 12 colleagues are already on the new design” shows how many colleagues have moved.
• See this page in the new design. If you are still on the classic design, a slim banner with this offer may appear on a theme's materials and analytics pages. Open in the new design switches you over; the × hides the banner.
• A one-day trial. Later, Scano may offer to switch the new design on for a day with Try it for a day. While the trial runs, a bar at the top shows when it ends, with Keep the new design and Switch back. If you choose neither, the classic design comes back after 24 hours.

Your “Not now” answer is saved to your account rather than the browser, and these prompts never appear on phones. Accounts created from 18 October open in the new design straight away.
